FREE RETURNS
- We will accept all authorized returns
- All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 20 days of receiving the merchandise.
- In case of Fashion Apparel items, once it got approved, we will email you with the label attached. Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items. You will have 20 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
- For the Fragrance and Cosmetics products, our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product, either its use in the case of skincare, or smell in terms of perfume, or color in terms of make up. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
- Please contact us here support@JacePlaza.com to receive an RMA# for your return. Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
